Thank you for your interest in The Young Women’s Leadership School of the Bronx. We are thrilled you are considering being a part of a talented class of exceptional girls. By exceptional, we mean:
- Girls that are focused on being successful.
- Girls with academic and career goals.
- Girls who want to learn and explore new ideas.
- Girls with the desire to attend college.
- Girls who want to make a positive difference in our world.
You don't have to be a straight-A honor student to apply. You do, however, have to be a student that enjoys learning, is disciplined, and is willing to work hard because you believe in yourself and your future.
If this is who you are, then we are a great school to help you achieve your dream. Our admission process is simple but competitive. All applicants must attend our Open House. open house attendance is encouraged if they meet the criteria, but we welcome young women from all over the Bronx.
